If you are not satisfied with your product, please contact our return department within 14 days of the ship date. Explain the problem you are experiencing and one of our sales representatives will contact you within 24 hours.
Please understand that we will supply you a vest cover with the best fit possible according to the measurements you provide us.
Returns will not be accepted due to customer error. All measurement errors are your responsibility and we cannot guarantee the fit of any vest cover we do not personally measure.
J.G. Uniforms, Inc. can only guarantee the fit of our vest covers, or any other products, if the customer is personally measured by one of our tailors. Each online order is manufactured according to the measurements and specifications provided by the customer and are considered custom made and non-refundable.
All returns must include a return authorization number (RA#) in order to be accepted for a refund/repair. Any package not containing an RA # will be returned back to the sender. Please e-mail us at email@example.com to obtain your RA#.
